And when it comes down to the final decision, I have to listen to the only other voice in the household. My grown son who named the dog.

The final answer is this....
Normally, we would neuter Jaws. However, if he gets a spiked collar, there is no need to neuter him.
A spiked collar costs about $10. Neutering him would cost about $70.

And let me say this....my son's IQ is just about Genius level. Who would you listen to?

You have got to be kidding me. Either you're a troll, or you have NO idea what you're doing. I hope you're a troll.

*sigh* :(

Um, actually, though I loathe to speak for other people, Lilivati would probably agree with EVERYONE else here and say NEUTER THE DANG DOG!

I'm going with troll.

When you start a thread with "I know this will probably be controversial" and end it with something as stupid as what was just said, I think it's safe to assume the person behind the post is a social parasite who posts stupidity for no other reason than the infantile amusement of seeing their own words dance across a screen.

Can you guys not get it through your heads? I do not have intentions of breeding him. I am just considering the pros and cons of neutering

If you dont ever plan on breeding him, what does this quote mean???
in the possibilty that his future services might be very important. That does not mean that I would irresponsibly breed him just for the heck of it.

In all reality, most of us would not want a polar bear in our yard, but that does not mean that we should not protect the potential future of the species.

I'm typically one who wants to feed the trolls, you know, for amusement sake? Always entertaining to feed a good 'ol fashion troll!

But this troll appears to be sickened with a parasitic disease, causing a severe deformity of the common sense gene. So I think it's best that this troll not be fed, as too close of contact with it might cause an onset of symptoms, such as anger, headaches, and nausea.

Think about it. I mean really really think about it.

Someone asked me in another thread what kind of GSDs I have been breeding. Honestly,...high drive german import working line GSDs. If you look back a little into the pedigrees, you find the East German bloodlines. You know, the dogs from WWII, and POW and concentration camps and other war type dogs.

Why, oh why would someone put more of these creatures on the earth? What purpose do they serve?

How about US Military, Police, Security, Homeland Security, etc...but really not the type of dogs most of us would want in our living rooms. I'm not breeding for a pet type dog.

NOW think about the present day economy, the foreclosures, the joblessness, the hopelessness and helplessness of desperate people trying to hold on to whatever they have. Think of those protecting themselves against looters, renegades, militants coming in to steal and kill and loot and ......continue thinking, what else comes next!

Now all of you tell me...what's wrong with people who will own Pitweilers?

And you call yourself a rescuer? Please!

You are nothing but a hoarder with a SERIOUS mental problem and I really feel you should seek help for it. People who are into rescue do not support "pitweiler" breeding, or keeping tons of dogs intact around each other.

Obviously you are a hoarder, with intentions of breeding to serve your own desire for even more dogs.

The world doesn't need pitweilers. And it doesn't need stray pit bull offspring.

I'm going from entertained to just plain sick with this thread. How can someone call themselves a rescuer when they are doing things like this?! Ugh, nauseating.

took the words right out of my mouth :hail:

i stook up for you big dogs, when you rescued that mom from the shelter, even when she had pups on the couch. i thought, atleast shes in a warm loving home

when you got the rottie that had puppies, i was glad you saved them

when you adopted jaws the daddy, i just thought it was good he had a home with some1 who loved him

but i was wrong.

nobody that rescues dogs breed the ones they rescue to make some diffrent designed fighting breed crap!

take another walk around that shelter and thats the only reason you should need not to breed dogs!!!

1. How is getting a spiked collar a substitute for neutering?

2. Where are you buying a spiked collar for a pit bull for $10? Most leather spiked collars of that size are going to run you at least $20, probably as much as $50.
