Charlie update

For those of you who have been following what's going on with Charlie - he is now having seizures every day. We got the bile acid test back and it was fine, so nothing is wrong with his liver. We are back to the most likely candidate being a brain tumor. The vet says if it were epilepsy the seizures wouldn't be getting worse. Regardless, we are going to start him on phenobarbitol tonight. Either it will work, or it won't.

Thanks gang. The vet said it could be a couple weeks before the seizures stop, if it's going to work. I wish I had the $2k to get the MRI done so I'd know for sure, but I guess I'll get the answer this way too. It just might take longer.

Yeah, for 2000 bucks. They won't even see him without the MRI. At least they looked at the video for free.
