wish i remember where i found that..but i read all such things from reader's digest out so i haven't a clue..but i remember distinctly that one chemical away from being a plastic was what i read..something like that just sticks with you..or is that ON you. i love kettle corn..have a bag a day as my snack..switched to healty pop..only diet switch i made and lost 10 lbs..

No, I'm a very good sleeper. Sometimes it takes me a long time to get to sleep. Particularly because I haven't been very active these last few months. But once I'm asleep it's really easy for me to roll over and get back to sleep lol.

I have a terrible time falling asleep, and when I'm woke up have a hard time falling back to sleep....I'm an insomniac!!
