Just wondering :)

Since I got back into it I have been a bit zealous lol. I really had no idea how much I had missed it when I stopped almost a decade ago :O

Just thought if anyone else here was into it, we could chat lol.

I have no counter space left right now from all the soap I have curing and still have a good 5-6 batches I want to get made in the next week.

I was not planning on selling this time round but think I may have to consider it as I really am enjoying getting back into it. After next week when I hopefully finish the soaps I want for now I am going to work on sugar scrubs, lotions, bath bombs, etc.

Currently I have a random test batch (modge podge fragrance called Democrat lol), lemon eucalyptus (100% coconut oil soap), lavender mint, goat milk oatmeal and honey, coconut milk shampoo bar with lavender, rosemary and mint (and oils were infused with yarrow, calendula, chamomile and nettle), calendula infused cucumber mint, calendula infused nag champa, and a cranberry scent...I think thats it lol

Having a lot of fun playing with swirls and colors this time round as well.

It really is a lot of fun....doesnt take too long to make, lots of room for personalization, and makes you feel a bit dangerous as well lol, donning protective gear to work with the lye;)

One of the reasons I stopped years ago was I started doing to many fragrances and varieties. A couple of times before a holiday or show I made myself so sick with the different scents. I have now decided to ONLY do ones I like and can handle, ones that arent migraine inducing. Making for a much happier soaping experience:)

Biggest plus is using it :)

Would you be interested in selling a sampler of all the different types tu make? Soap, bath bomb, scrub, etc
Well I guess I could

I am just getting back into it so really still kind of testing things out. I am doing things a bit crazily trying to get some gifts together for the holidays for family and friends but I can try for sure:) Soap takes about 4 weeks (or longer) to cure so I am focusing on that right now (in between shipping calendars for my friends rescue, homeschooling the kids and other life issues lol). But I do definitely plan on doing some scrubs and bombs in the next week or so.

Would need ideas of preferred fragrances....and if preferred all natural or not (I use some fragrance oils and colorants for fun and other ones I use only natural colors and essential oils)

I will definitely be interested in buying some of your soaps when you decide to start selling. I have problems with headaches also, so the fragrances that don't cause headaches/migraines would be perfect for me too.

I love all the colors.

I'd be interested in a small sampler too! Anything coconut, vanilla, cocoa butter, warm, inviting fragrances. I can't do floral well because it gives me a headache, but despite the super sensitive-ness of my face, my body isn't that picky when it comes to oils or anything.

And I LOVE handmade soaps.

Let us know when you have enough options to start doing a sampler. :) I can try Zoom's soaps, but I'm really interested in the sugar scrubs and body butters.

I am LOVING the soaps I have. Except when I drop them on my foot. Then I hate them because they are rather heavy!

I think the Lavendar one you sent has cured enough for use now. Can't wait to try that one!
