take the baby to the ER, the next time shes over, blood in the stool is NOT normal in anyway shape or form, internal bleeding can be deadly.
The first thing i thought of when i read the bleeding part is sexual abuse.

please, get your mom to take both you and the baby to the emergency room, tell the dr. EVERYTHING, from the frequent need to urinate to the severe bleeding in the stool, to what the kid has said to you.
let the dr make the next step, but at the very least get the poor child in there to get seen.

I'm not sure if the person providing child care can take the child to the ER and have her treated. I think that social services need to be called asap and get this child some help.

me too. No 12 y/o should have to deal with things like this.
Breeze is 100% correct.

Luv, talk to YOUR parents - show your parents a diaper. I know I would be terribly concerned if you were my child and were caught in the midst of a situation like this. Nothing good is going to happen until the adults get involved.

((((((((HUGS))))))))) You're in a tough spot and you're doing your very best.

Denaluvscorgies, she can legally take the child to the ER, and tell them the issues.
while she cannot sighn for any medical attention the dr is then obligated to call the parents, if at that point the parents refuse care the dr can call the social services.
