Am I an Asshole?

Ok so two guys are hunting in the woods when one of them stops to water the grass. In the middle of his manly ritual, a snake jumps up and bites him in the pecker. He falls to the ground writhing and his friend begins a hike back to town to get some help for him.
He runs to the town doctor and bangs on the door and cries, "My friend has been bitten on the pecker by a snake!!! What should I do!"
The doctor calmly tells him what he has to do. "You have to go back there right now and suck all the poison out or he's going to die".
So he hikes back to the woods and finds his friend still on the ground moaning. He tells his friend,
"I talked to the doctor in town about your snake bite"
His writhing friend howls, "What did he say?"
His friend answers,
"He said you're going to die".
