I am so, so happy for you and for your girls! A Q your first time out is amazing, and having both dogs run with you and stay with you all three runs is even more impressive!
I have friend who run Cavaliers, and often get stuck in the same position of running multiple dogs with very few spaces (or none) between them. One thing they do that works in most venues for them is to carry a small crate up by the ring so they can put one dog in and take the other out. No running back to the tent/RV, no handing dogs off to other people. I'm not sure it would work in every setting, or if your girls crate happily, but it's an idea.
