It seems to me that usually the temp starts dropping during the afternoon, mama starts nesting, and then *bam* puppies come during the night. Smokey was alittle earlier, finished having her five around midnight. Sonya had all nine in about 4 hours time in the early morning hours, and I was up all friggin night with Seide who started about 4 am and averaged 1 pup per hour....for 12 hours. Actually they came in groups with 2-3 hours inbetween.

I'm thinking she's going to wait another few days, to be honest. :p "My" favorite emergency vet is on call tonight and our regular vet will of course be available tomorrow. I'm betting she goes tomorrow night when I'm supposed to be at work. :p

Oops, I forgot to update. She's still holding steady. I think she's trying to make me crazy. Milk is in though, and she's nesting a LOT. Suspect she is going to go on Monday morning at 11, when I have an un-miss-able business meeting and when Lindsay will be here watching her. :p
