Im getting ready for my probable new rescue boy, I was wondering where is the best (most inexpensive!) place to get toys, treats, etc? (Online or in person?) And what would a lazy old basset boy like? Maybe pigs ears? :) Thanks in advance for any suggestions... our only local pet store is Petland and they are rather pricey!

I order Pig ears by the case direct from the local pet food dealer
Paying about 50 cents each.
I buy toys at rescue booths at dog shows and win them at raffles.
The only thing i buy full price is a Kong.
But you can buy cases of pet toys on Ebay mUCH cheaper .
I have for our molosser dog show.

Generally I love Petsmart and Petco (mostly Petsmart). Their prices are pretty good.
I also love Foster and Smith; they vary- some of their things are a bit pricey and some are great deals.

My Target actually has some nice pet supplies for a decent price.
