I generally don't take anything. I try to focus on whole food sources of my vitamins and minerals. I do have a few things around that I'll take if I'm feeling I need something. I take a Zinc/C/Elderberry complex for warding off colds when I'm feeling like I'm coming down with something, or if DH has something and I don't want to get it. I have some RenewLife spirulina liquid that is just the foulest tasting substance known to man but I'll take it if I feel down and tired and just lacking.
I'm a vegetarian, but not a vegan, so I don't feel the need to load up on the Bs or iron or anything.
