Hello all, I have a 5 month old Native American Indian Dog who is currently on Timberwolf Organics. He loves TO and is very healthy, but I'm looking for some other foods to rotate with TO in order to get him some variety. It just so happens that I have a Natura seller close to me, so just wondering what foods they make that would be good for him. Are all of Natura foods top quality, or only a few?

They are all top notch, but not necessarily suitable for large breed puppies (by definition expected to weigh over 50 pounds fully grown).

I'd recommend either the regular Innova Adult formula, or the Innova Large Breed Puppy.

Great, thank you! Is there any problem rotating an "all life stages" food (like TWO) with a good puppy food?

No, there isn't, just make sure you don't use anything that has a really high mineral content. :)

Looks like I'll just keep feeding him Timberwolf Organics. He's doing very well on it and loves it. Its easy to order too. I just placed my order on Monday, and it'll be here tomorrow. Kinda expensive though.......$96 bucks for 2
33lb bags.

I use Innova Large Breed on my Ridgebacks. What is an Native American Indian Dogs?
I am not sure exactly what makes up the NAID. Supposedly, the breed makeup consists of a reservation dog, malamute, german shepard, and chinook......at least I hope. It is meant to be a recreation of old indian reservation dogs of a particular look. After we got our pup, I did some more research and found out that the founding breeder had bred wolf-dogs in the 70's or 80's. Hopefully he's all dog and no wolf, but we love him.

Wow. I will have to look into that. I am part Washoe so I will ask around. Never heard of that. I will let you know what I find out. I know a lot have wolf-dog. Wolfdogs are not bad dogs. They have been harder to train and have shyness. Sounds interesting though. The Innova has worked really well for us. My Lab got a little chunky on it though so he was switched to Solid Gold. The Ridgebacks are doing very well on it.
