What time does your puppy get up (or what time do you let him out of crate)? Usually starts making noises at 6.00am, we let him out of his pen around 7.
What time do you feed him? 8.00am and 5.00pm

What time do you put him to bed? 6.00pm (or later depending on when sunset is. As it's coming into summer he is put to bed later)
How often does he take naps? He is taking one right now :p He usually sleeps during the middle of the day; anywhere from 11.00 am to 2.00pm, depending on what's going on.

Holly is 3 and 1/2 months old
Holly gets up at 8:30 every morning to be let out
Holly eats breakfast at 9 a.m. and then she gets her dinner at 3 p.m.
We don't take away her water but we do limit it after ten p.m.
Holly goes to sleep at about 2:30 a.m.
Holly takes one afternoon nap that is about 1 and a 1/2 to 2 hours long

How old is your puppy? almost 6 months
What time does your puppy get up (or what time do you let him out of crate)? around 7-ish
What time do you feed him? 7:30am and 7:30 pm
What time do you take away his water? He sleeps on the bed and isn't big enough to jump off yet, but he sleeps through the night anyway
What time do you put him to bed? around 10
How often does he take naps? He sleeps most of the morning, say from 8:30 to 11 or so, on and off, then he takes another nap during the afternoon from 1 to 3 or so. He also tends to nap in the evenings before bedtime. He sleeps a lot. Quite the couch potato.

Hrm, it seems most of you guys don't take away your puppy's water at all before bed. You don't have a problem with him holding it through the night if he has access to water right up until he goes to sleep? I usually take Jackson's water away around 9 PM and he goes to sleep at 11:00 PM, is this a bad thing? What about all the napping, is that ok?

How old is your puppy? 9 Weeks
What time does your puppy get up (or what time do you let him out of crate)? around 7-ish
What time do you feed him? 7:30am and 7:30 pm
What time do you take away his water? Around 9:00 PM
What time do you put him to bed? around 11:00 PM
How often does he take naps? Like Sourjayne he naps a lot throughout the day. Almost every 2-3 hours he takes at least a 45 min nap (thank god!)

I read puppies will sleep 18-22 hours a day, especially at 2-4 months.

Louie doesn't drink water very often, I'm actually trying to encourage him to drink more.

Jackson didn't drink very much the first few days now he is guzzling it down. Unfortunately he had 3 accidents today, 2 within 20 mins of each other. He usually goes at least an hour before I take him out again.

Otto is 13 weeks today.
He gets out of the crate around 7 am now that DST is over (used to be 7:45)
He gets fed at 7:30 am, 12 noon, and 6 PM (we're retired)
He always has water, but in the evening the bowl has a smaller amount in it. (He's always thirsty.)
He goes to bed between 11-12.
He takes one nap in the a.m. between 9 and 11, another one between 1 and 3 pm, another one between 4 and 5:30 pm, one between 7 and 8:30 pm (to coincide with our dinner). After 10 PM he's bushed and sleeps soundly in his crate until we go to bed, when he's walked one final time and then put in the bedroom crate.

All napping is done in the family room crate (borrowed from a friend) and he sleeps in a crate at night in our bedroom. It seems like he has a lot of naps but we found that he does much better when he's not overtired and also when his naps are more or less on schedule. I know most people can't do this (we couldn't with our other dogs, when we were working).
