My four enjoyed their Christmas dinner yesterday (Christmas Eve) since I just made a small traditional type dinner for the hubby and I (my visitors canceled on me because of the weather). I learned to never allow my husband to measure their food out by eye balling it. They all curled up on the couch after eating and went to sleep - I think they were too fat to move.

Tomorrow they will be having a nice raw meal since we will be having Mexican food. I will seriously break someones hand if they feed them any. :rofl1:

We do Christmas "dinner" around 1:30ish............my two aren't used to eating at that time (I'm sure they still WOULD, LOL) so I give them Christmas breakfast around 8am :)

This year, like every other year they will be getting a juicy steak, lightly seared on both sides :)

The boys got to split half a tub of Caesar's bacon and egg souffle. I figure most every kid in the country is hyped up on candy canes and cookies this morning, my boys can have junk food for breakfast too ;) They think Santa is pretty cool LOL!

Lola will be eating her normal meal. Tomorrow the 26th we will be going over my sisters house for a family dinner. I'll just have to make sure that she does not eat Tucker's food.

This past Wednesday I sent a food package off to someone that placed an ad on craigslist saying that they needed dog food because their husband just got laid of of work. So in addition of sending dog food sample packs I sent human food also. I have a package scale that I weighed the package on and printed out the postage from the computer so while I still had it out I decided to weigh Lola and she weighed in at 11.4 pounds so she has to lose 1 pound by the end of March because that is when she will be seen by the vet for her annual.

Meg enjoyed her Christmas breakfast this morning of her usual Orijen topped with a bit of scrambled egg and bacon. And a bit of toast teased out of her Grammie.

Rosey gets turkey dinner, will probably get some lobster as well this year. I will try and see if Rascal will eat lobster too, he is not too fond of turkey.

My gang (the 3 dogs and the cat) all shared a can of Wellness 95% meat canned food - salmon variety - for a topper on their dinner last night. This morning the dogs all got their regular kibble with yogurt and fish oil topper, but the cat got his dry food in his new SlimCat treatball and the dogs each got a dried sweet potato ring to knaw on from their stockings. :)

I used to top Rumor's normal kibble with some leftovers from our meal, but her stomach doesn't take kindly to that anymore. She did get a steak, though. And she'll get some of the bread I make as soon as its done.
