He looks like a Sphynx cat that got mixed with a longhaired cat and came out all weird. Cat genetics are funky.

Is he neutered? If not I bet a new "breed" comes out of it soon LOL. That's how those horrible Munchkin cats came about.

I'm guessing (hoping) that since he is at a vet office, he's lost his bits. I think he's cute, though. But then I love the Sphynx/Devon and Cornish Rex cats..all of the semi haired and hairless cats.
