I got my Pomeranian Teddy clipped at a groomers about 3 months ago she did a wonderful job.Well his coat started to come in again really good and since it is still hot here I thought one more would be good.My old dog would let me do it with clippers so I thought I could do it my selve with Teddy,No way was he letting me near him with clippers but he did let me use scissors stood still the whole time good as gold. The groomer told me he was a little scared of the clippers when she did it but he did ok. Anyway here's a picture taken tonight.I gave him his haircut 2 nights ago . I think I did a good job with only a pair of scissors but please keep in mind it was the first time I did it.

Thank you. everyone says I did a good job. I think so too but I do see a couple mistakes but then I have to point them out to people since they do not see them.I tend to be perfectionist when it comes to Teddy. He is my baby.

You did a good job too!! :) But give him scissors and I just won't stop, there's too much areas that I find to not match with the other and I sut keep cutting & cutting! So the clippers helped me out alot on not cutting to much!

Thanks
He wont let me near him with clippers. As for him standing there and letting me scissor him well I put him on a towel on the counter and tied him loosely so he can still move around but not jump down and he just stood there. He lets me do almost everything to him so he trusted me not to hurt him I guess. We took a couple breaks so he could run around then back on the counter.
