Wow. Ok, so if I read that correctly she's scared to go through the door?

What's most likely happened is the doors shut on her. Our screen door has a mind of it's own and it's slammed on my girl a couple of times, now she darts through it. Just make sure when you take her out that you hold the door wide open and let her know that it's ok.

Yep, that's probably what happened. Try to encourage him through the door with a treat. Don't play into his fear or make a fuss over it as it'll just encourage it. Act like there's nothing that's going to happen to him, confident and secure when going in and out, and again use his favorite treat so he connects going through the door as a good thing.

take his favorite toy, wind him up a bit then get him to chase you and the toy out thru the door and back again.Keep repeating the game over and over till he forgets about his fear.

Pocket Warmer gave some good advice. Another idea is to throw treats through the door. Begin by placing them right in front of the door. When your dog takes it, praise like crazy! Slowly move them closer and eventually put them through the door. Remember to praise and be happy!

It sounds like maybe the door shut on her and it scared her. Can you pick her up? If so try picking her up and saying over and over its ok Im going to keep you safe while going through the door. If you can't pick her up try going trough the door together and say that she is safe the more you do this the more she will see its safe.

I rescue abused animals and this has really helped with lots of fears that they have. But I say Momma will keep you safe lol.
