Some silly questions on feeding your dog..

I have big dogs and I feed twice a day.

I feed 1/2 a cup of food in the morning and another 1/2 at night. If Della eats too much at once she tends to throw it up. I think it really depends on the dog though - do what your dog seems to like the most.

Our old dog ate once a day after he was an adult, and never had any noticable issues with it.

I feed Meg twice a day, mostly because I can't imagine only eating once a day myself. I do tend to make her morning meal bigger than her evening meal so she isn't going to bed with a very full tummy (I feed pretty late in the evening). Maybe 70% of her food in the morning and 30% at night.

mine get a snack in the AM. About 1/4 or less of their daily ration (except the pups who get a full breakfast) Then they get their big meal at night between 9-10PM

I feed breakfast and dinner. Boys like it better that way.

It's how I do, though Kadin would love a few more in between. He eats less than 2 cups a day.

I have a medium-sized dog, and he usually eats two meals a day. If for some reason he's only getting one, he ALWAYS gets a frozen kong for dinner/breakfast.
