Xeriscape.... basically this is landscaping with drought tollerant/native plants...the goal is to use as little water as possible and remove turf from your yard (turf is veeery thristy) I have a large collection of agave/cacti and just plants from south africa in general...

not my photo..but you get the idea.

Snakes... most of you are already aware of this... mostly boa constrictors and collubrids... I also keep several species of crotalus (which might be news to a few)....

Ok...now the nerdy hobby... Iam a AFOL (adult fan of lego) My layout is currently broken down, since we moved but i build som' pretty cool stuff.. Don't have a clue on a piece count, but the $ value of the collection is probably in the tens of thousands... every birthday/every xmas..i'm easy to shop for...

I have my own pics but photobucket isn't working... these are similar tho...

Thanks. That one is actually a barstool seat. Every one who sees it says "that must be uncomfortable" and once they sit on them find them no less comfortable than a wooden stool, besides I dont want people spending a lot of time bellied up to my bar.

I do photography, and now I'm getting into...this is a SHOCKER...GECKOS.
No way, huh!!

I'm currently OBSESSED with the rhacodactylus geckos: The Rhacodactylus Ciliatus (crested gecko), Rhacodactylus Chahoua (I WILL have a chewie one day!), rhacodactylus auriculatus (gargoyle...I WANTS), AND Rhacodactylus Leachianus (New Caledonia Giant Gecko).

Loves them ALL. Wants them all.

And my personal, new obsession is...:
Crackity Jones. My baby crested gecko.
