Its only a couple of hours away form where my sister lives. She says that everyone in her town is going crazy because most have family in Christchurch.

I'll be thinking of something to write today

Its been on the news here all day constantly. My thoughts go out to everyone over there right now, its must have been terrifying.
Mother Nature isn't in a good mood as of late.

The twentieth century was actually really, really tame in terms of natural disasters. It looks like things are returning to normal . . .which is why it seems like nature's in a bad mood . . . its more like she's not in a good mood any more.
