Searching for cool, new, harness!

Hi!

I was out and about and saw this gal with her dog and he had the most interesting looking harness.
It was cushioned and so well made, unlike anything I have seen at the local Petsmart.
I asked from whence it came and she said Europe. Dangit!

Any ideas on nice, well-made, houdini-proof, harnesses? I like the idea of using a harness for walks instead of a neck collar, although the collar always stays on.

Could it have been a hurtta harness? I know the one I have for Chase is pretty escape proof.

I was thinking Hurrta, maybe, too? They're made in Europe but you can find them on EuroDogDesigns and Tawzerdog and Ebay etc.
