Wow... in some pictures, Brutus looks a lot like Bear. It makes me wonder if she's part Fila.

Brutus is a great-looking dog:)

I went back and looked. saje is right, it does look like he's been glossed! You could almost send signals to space with that coat.

Amazing photographs, that is one stunning dog. He has beautiful markings and I love the way his coat shines in the sun. I don't really know much about the breed other than the fact i'm sure you aren't allowed to keep them here in the UK:(. I think i'm gonna have to move to America:D.

It is sad you can't have Filas or many other great protective breeds in the UK.
As far as the shiny coat, I guess it is his dog food and maybe the raw meat bones. All three of mine have a nice shiny coat. That is the one thing I always think of, when we see the vet. She always comments on how the dogs coats are healthy, soft and shiny, (she knows they eat Innova) Then she checks, recommended food... Science diet, at the bottom of the bill.

I wish i could get Innova here in the UK along with my very own Fila:D. The next time my family goes on holiday to America I'm gonna have to convince them to fill all their suitcases with Innova. It's worth a shot anyway.

Do what I did when I went to visit my parents. Get new luggage while they are there. It has to be filled up with something. I can a always count on a shopping trip with dear old mom. Have you called Innova to see if they have a dealer that can ship it to you?

I was reading older threads from the food forum and came across a post that said they had asked Innova and they didn't supply to the UK. Someone did tell me you could buy it of ebay but I don't know if thats a good idea. If we do end up goining on holiday to America this year I will definately be brining some back home.

Save the phone call, here is their website info. You can contact them by e mail also. http://www.naturapet.com/display.php?d=home-tab If not Innova, they also have other great choices. I have actually decided to switch around with their foods for variety. Mine seem to be getting a little bored with the taste. But, Innova will always be the main kibble. Solid gold and canidae also seem to be favorites of many people on here. Mordy gives them a thumbs up also. BTW, cute golden. I love London, I went there in the early 90's. England has awesome countryside, so beautiful. I went in May the weather was really nice.

Forget the Innova. You wax your dog. :p

Fila: I don't know if we're going to be heading your way anytime soon, but if we are I will drop you a line!

Kase, I don't mind. Always nice to chat with someone who loves their animals.
And thank you, he is a good boy. Sometimes a real fila monster, but overall a great puppy. He keeps me on my toes. lol

There's an idea, maybe I should try waxing her :D. She'd probably enjoy it as she'd try to eat the wax .
