Mule Day is this weekend and our landlord has informed us in the past people have parked WAY past our house and WILL try to park out here. What can we LEGALLY do if someone does ignore our no parking sign. Keep in mind this is not the city or anywhere close to it.

Also if we call a towing company will it be at our expense? (Im not even sure I want to call a towing company because I'm not THAT heartless.) Jeremy will NOT be here after 4 so I really dont want strangers in my yard.

Personally, I would call your local police department and ask them these questions. The internet is AWESOME......but some things are better verified locally. Just my 2 cents :)

Call the police and I think they should write them a ticket or the get a tower. We had that issue when we lived in a country town with a fair, and people parked in our apartment building parking lot, giving us no spots to park where we LIVED. The cops came out and write tickets for all the cars.

The problem is I don't know which one is local LMAO. The closest town is not my mailing address and even then they do NOT have a police force LOL

People always try to park at my house during high school football games. We charge $30 a car. Keeps most people away and if they really wnt to park there money in the bank

Maybe ask around, perhaps there's some teens that would like the 'job' and could keep any profits from parking fees. The thought of NOT paying and having some teens watch would make me move for sure.
