OK I know dog "flatulance", LOL, smells awful but last night Grizzley had this smell to him and it didn't seem like it was a fart cuz the smell went with him, it was awful, like something rotting and lasted a while. He had just eaten dinner and I had mixed in some chicken and turkey meat in with it. Could that have something to do with it? I haven't changed his dog food, so I guess my question is do dogs "emit" smells, do they have a gland or something? He didn't smell like that this morning but last night we had to put the blankets :yikes: over our faces and shoo him away.

It could be his anal glands. Radar and Merlin both need theirs expressed occassionally and I've hear of some dogs that were so bad that the anal glands were surgically removed. If there is a strong bad odor that doesn't go away I would ask your vet to check them.
