Pefer you or a dog

Mac (Catahoula) predictably struggles with low self-esteem (and resulting DA). He will occasionally enjoy a romp with smaller dogs, but I am always there to supervise for when it inevitably goes south. He could play with people for hours (he doesn't discriminate...any passing bipedal creature is a potential playmate)

Mammoth (German Shepherd) is blind and old and pushing eighty pounds, so of course he prefers to play with me.

Bug (Coton de Tulear) loves, loves, LOVES to play with other dogs as long as they follow the rules (read: he is in charge).

Both. Sam adores playing with me and even other people but he certainly likes his time with other dogs. It doesn't hurt my feelings any. I'd rather feel left out at the dog park or while visiting friends than have to worry about issues with him and other dogs.

Considering that Argon is DA, defintitly me. Though, reallly, I don't think he cares to much for the world as a whole. As long as he has somewhere to snuggle and Yum-yums appears, he's happy.

As long as he's somewhere where he feels safe, Gambit usually prefers other dogs. At daycare, he checks in with me, and comes to hang out when he's tired, but usually he's up and running.

Doom would rather play with people... Dogs don't have the ability to throw a ball for him. :eyeroll:

Piglet would rather play with other dogs and has to go over and see her friend Jedi to get her play time in because neither Doom or Bobsie will play with her.

Bobsie... Bobsie does not play. Bobsie is far too dignified to play and would rather sunworship... but she's also an old lady so I really can't blame her.
