the guy was high on meth and god knows what else. When your high enough on it, you dont feel a thing. I have officers report shooting armed fugitives that are high on meth/PCP combinations that it takes them 2-3 shots with a shot gun to bring them down. They become almost superhuman because thier mind is so messed up they cannot feel pain. And these folks will be up for days at a time, shooting and whatnot.

We have a Pt handcuffed to the stretcher so his palms faced the roof. Well he got pissed off and riped hi arms up. Broke the stretcher and hancuffs and shattered both of his Ulna/Radial bones in both arms and was still swinging at us and the cop in the back.

If you could cure stupid EMS people would be out of a job
