I'm switching Stogie from Innova EVO (small bites) to Taste of the Wild, as a test. He's been eating the EVO for some time - but he eats it out of pure starvation! He doesn't look forward to eating it - ever... And that's why I'm on the quest for a new kibble.
Reading the ingredients of the Taste of the Wild - Wetlands Formula it looks ok??....
I guess we'll see how Stogie like's it. I just bought it Yesterday - and he ate the ENTIRE first bowl.................................................
PS: I'd like to add cost is not a factor for me, because Stogie is 9 lbs, and eats about 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of kibble a day, so his 6.6lbs bag of Evo at around $17 last's for 6 weeks (give or take). However the taste of the wild is only $10 for 5lbs, but its still one of those hard to find brand that is only available at 1 retailer locally - luckily that retailer is only about 4 miles from my house.
Is anyone out there feeding this? and what are your opinions or experience with this food......... Looking forward to reading the replies.
