The contrast between the two Aurora shootings couldn’t be more striking. In the first, a potential holocaust was prevented by an armed citizen taking action. In the second, the perpetrator was free to act out his evil intent on unarmed innocents, knowing that none could return fire. The world knows about the Aurora movie-theater shooting; the world also needs to know about the Aurora church shooting.
Good article. Yes, the media sees to it that the anti-gun propaganda comes out in their reporting. They quiet the stories which show that armed citizens can protect life. They also muffle the fact that taking guns away from citizens creates more violence because they can't protect themselves.
"Gun free zones," pushed by liberal politicians, such as the mayor of NYC, are an atrocity. NYC is one of the most, if not the most violent cities in the U.S. As you see in the case of the movie theater massacre, "gun free zone" is meaningless to the perpetrators. So there everyone else besides the sick bustard is....sitting ducks. Absolutely ridiculous. When are people going to get it? There's a reason our forefathers saw to it that citizens have the right to keep and bear arms. I hope future generations will fight to keep it that way.
