<sigh> I live in this little hamlet where nothing ever happens. there's about 10 families and it's pretty quiet. We have a hall/curling rink and once a year they have a HUGE fundraiser that tides them over from year to year. It's a quad rally where hundreds of quads, snowmobiles and other ATVs come and take over our two streets. Well, today is that day. They aren't in the hamlet for that long. They start off here and they head over the now slushy lake and go to different stations where they collect cards. The one with the best poker hand in the end wins. Anyway. It's a full day of fun but there are still some stragglers who are raising up and down the streets. They are probably drunk and not ready to call it a night. This has been going on for 12 hours.
