New here- hello everyone

Hellooo from the Northeast US

Been reading a while- just joining now. I have two mixed breed dogs- 1 boy, 1 girl, both from shelters. Wonderful dogs!! One is a recovering SA, and the other recovering DA............so I they keep me busy!!
My interests are Dog health, dog training (of course) and dog sports. Am also interested (haven't seen too many posts on) hiking with dogs (great places, recommendations of places to go etc), herding, and travelling places with dogs..............what the heck, just about everything to do with dogs!!!!!

I'm looking forward to going hiking with my Newfie, Kyrie, when she is old enough. There are some gorgeous trails around here! Hiking is such a blast, I'm sure it will be all the more fun with a doggy pal

Hello and welcome! I'm Breawna. I love hiking and do a lot of it with my dogs. So if you ever need any hiking help or anything, just let me know, although I only know of good hiking places to go with dogs in Washington.

You are lucky!!! Washington is beautiful- I went there a few years ago with one of my dogs
(took her on the plane......would NEVER do that now- just too scary, even though we had a great trip with the airline we went on). We went to Mt Rainier, Olympic Pennisula, the nicest area was Snohomish. Also we did the beach- I love your picture of the Pointer on the beach. Maybe get back there one day...............would be a really long drive though!!
