New Family Member Coming to us Tuesday!!

Her name is Bobbie and she is a Lhasa Pekingese mix. She's ten years old, house broken, good with children and other pets, and she's the sweetest little thing I've ever seen. I met the guy who runs the rescue on the plane coming back from Illinois. He was across the isle from me and asked if he could look at my Modern Dog magazine. Bobbie was with him under the seat in a carrier, he went to IL to get her from some friends of him who couldn't take care of her any more.

I've also joined the rescue group she's coming from as a foster! I'm excited to start doing some good again.

I'll post pictures of her and add her to my signature as soon as I get her.

That is awesome and such a nice thing after what you just had to go through maybe there was a reason all of it happened. (doesnt make it better but at least you know you can help others because of it)

Robin Hood (the rescue place) ended up having time to bring Bobbie to us today! She is so sweet and wonderful and mild mannered. She found the doggy door right away, and she just LOVES to sit on our laps. She is so precious!! Take a look at my beautiful little girl:

New pictures of Bobbie, post hair cut. I've taken to calling her Bobsie because I had bad experiences with a person named bobby as a child. *nods* she's the most darling little thing in the world!!
