Need a nice collar with seperate silent collar ring.

I love collars! I hate the gingle of tags though! Riley has a ruffwear collar right now that i love as it has a seperate plastic collar ring. Its great. I am getting "bored" with it though. I dont know if it is possible to ask someone to sew/make a silent collar loop though. I really like the collarmania and other sites. Am i asking too much and am just going to have to deal with gingling tags? I dont like the tag pouches, and i dont want to order a new tag that slides on the collar (i like his tag). Thanks!

I've got rivet-on plates on my collars. I don't like the jingling tags, either.

Like Bahamutt said, rivet-on tags all the way.

You can order one at Boomerang Tags (www.boomerangtags.com) and they come with rivets you can do yourself. If I recall, they're actually more like brads than rivets (we always toss them, make the tag holes larger, and use our own hardware when we put them on for customers).

Personally I like the jingling of tags only because I can hear where my animals are. Since both Paco (the dog) and Pirate (the cat) seem to have an eternal, "No, I'm naughtier than you," battle going on I find it comes in handy
