Does that rule out any spinal work? Very pretty but oh my! I thought you couldn't have spinal blocks if you had a tatoo there.

if you have a tatoo on teh base of your spine i think that means that you cannot have an epidural (sp?) during delivery. I dont' know if that counts toward a spinal tap or not.
I have just heard this but i think it is accurate.

Total myth. I am big into the body mod world and that is a huge myth. I know many women who are tattooed everywhere, had babes and had an epidural.

It's not my type of tattoo. Not something I'd put on my back but that shouldn't matter so long as you like it.

I am getting Bandit and Spanky's heads on my shoulders. Not any time soon though because before them I am getting one of Shelby done down my side. I love portrait style tattoos.

i love them too. i got those tattoos for a reason of mine.. just to make me feel better.. theres a LONG story behind it lol i just wish it wasnt that big.. the happiness is to big for my lower back lol

Sadly I haven't gotten any tattoos done. I am waiting to find a stellar artist. I have looked at so many and decided against them for the reason I want something with a lot of detail done and I haven't found anyone with the ability and the excitement to do what I have in mind. I like it when an artist is as excited about doing the tattoo as the person who is getting it.

My piercer is such a cool guy though. I got my most recent piercing just because he's cute and I wanted an excuse to gawk. Silly, silly me.

I have tattoos on my lower back and I had a c-section with no anesthesia problems. In fact, the anesthesiologist wanted to know all about them!

lol i did that too with my piercings. i went and got my tongue pierced and omg i thought that guy was so good looking. so i went back and got snake bites lol that was a long time ago though no more snake bites but i still have my tongue done haha im never going to take that out it hurt to much to take out lol
