Lovely i think..i wish the lighting was a bit better. have you done other works? The background colour you chose great for bringing out a black dog. Nice work.

isn't tho..i am painting rocks..sounds dumb i know but people buy them as fast as i can paint.i sell them at city market .i want to be painting anything else preferably on canvas so that is what i have to fit inbetween family. I am terribly slow and sunk into all the detail my art teachers couldn't take out of me. Looking forward to seeing your landscape..hope you post it when you are finished.

Ahhh, I know I am going to take forever on it, we are in the process of moving and I just can't seem to settle with it if you know what I mean.

Painting rocks is done over here in Oz too, and on pieces of wood, old farm tools etc. Looks pretty attractive actually.

I will show you what I have started to paint, not the landscape, but these signs are all the go over here at the moment.

You can buy them in country ware shops, but I couldn't see myself paying the big dollars they wanted, so I scrounged the op shops for an old frame and made a board to fit, then painted my own.
