OMG. I bought a ton of raw lung and was planning to feed it to the dogs. I threw it away after I realized I can't cut it up!! After I threw it away I figured out that I could probably cut it while it was frozen, but I didn't want the dogs to choke on the pieces (they were 2-3" cubes).

Seriously?! I battled with that chunk of lung for a good 20 minutes. It was about 1am and I had a fair amount to drink though, so that may have been a factor.

It's kind of like a spongey mattress foam, yeah. If your knife/shears isn't sharp, it just kind of deforms and foils the blade. It is squishy and stretchy but really hard to just tear.

100% dried Lamb lung is currently the ONLY bought treat Jinj is getting right now, because it's the only (and least expensive) thing I can find that's totally free of Poultry, Pork, and Beef that breaks easily into small pieces. All the dogs here LOVE it.
LOL:rofl1: Yes I know what bully sticks are but I fed them for a while before I found out. These lungs are amazing because my mom has a dog that will eat nothing but dry dog food and boiled chicken on occasion. He is 7 years old and he is as pickey as ever he will not even eat a human cookie. He is not doing too good and this will be something great for him. I got these through one of the monthly subsription dog boxes (spoiled rotten box) well I sat down and was letting my dogs eat them then all of a sudden he got up from across the room to get one and he has never in his life done this. Well he started eating them like crazy and his mouth was foaming up. I don't know it ws just too funny so I'm thinking they are cookies so I'm like wth are these I have got to order this and that's when I saw it was lamb lungs. I'm getting more for sure but they are 7.19 for 3 ounces but I will get him a bag for himself and this will be great to use for training with Blaze.
I meant dog. Sadly all I have left is Blaze now since Gunner passed and Brody in 2012 but I end up calling gunner's name all the time instead of Blaze or talking like I still have two.
