Do YOU like it?

I'm really curious... I'm baking a cheesecake right now, but when it comes out I'm going to head to the store and buy some liver to try cooking tonight.

Maybe I'll like it? Maybe the dog's will have an extra special dinner tonight. :rofl1:

I've never tried it. The look on my brothers face when he took a bite of some was answer enough for me. LOL

I wonder if it resembled the face of my niece when she was a baby and I gave her a lemon wedge. LOL.

I have a lot of family that LOVES it though... But the thought makes me cringe. I'm going to try it anyway. LOL.

I've had liver in pate form, which I liked until I found out it was liver. I'm sure I still like it, but there's a bit of an "ick" factor that I find hard to get over.

You might want to try chicken livers, since they're small and probably have less of an iron taste?

Being a vegetarian does not count for not liking liver. :p Good to know your mom likes it. That's one more person on the pro side. HaHa.


I've had pâté too.... And OMG I LOVE IT! I also love onions... So maybe liver & onions will be good?

In any case, onions are about to hit the frying pan! HaHa. We'll find out soon enough!

I'll tell you what... The dogs friggin went ape over the left overs. I made WAY too much for me, so I gave them the rest.

I put mine on onion rye toast... It was much better that way. HaHa.
