We have always fed our dogs a variety of meat, including chicken, which they have never had any problem eating before.

Just recently Harry has started throwing up any chicken he eats. The chicken can be from different shops and be different cuts - necks, frames, legs, wings, fillet. But he always throws them strat up.

The other three eat them just the same as before and the meats not off or anything like that.

We didin't feed any of them any chicken for a while because we thoght maybe there could have been a bad lot around town or something. It's been a while the others eat chicken the same but harry still throws it up.

We don't feed him any chicken any more he likes it but cant keep it down.
It's wierd because he's almost four and has always eaten chicken with no problems, this only happed a few months ago.

Does any one have any idea what might have changed?

I would assume dogs can develop allergies just like people can as they get older.

I commiserate though. Lucy can't have chicken (or beef, actually), and it's a pain in the butt to make sure she never eats something with it. A few times some well-meaning stranger has fed her chicken dog treats at the park, or my MIL has slipped her something off her dinner plate, and then she'll be throwing up and have diarrhea for several days :(

Jazz couldnt eat Chicken.

We fed Solid Gold Barking At The Moon. The dogs did well on it. The nice thing about a Chicken allergy is there are alot of other good food options

There are a lot of dogs that are allergic to chicken, actually.

And dogs can develop allergies at any point in their lives.

Does he throw up plain muscle meat, or just rmb's? Gonzo sometimes throws up bits of chicken bones that he didn't properly crunch up. :p
