Apologies in advance for the big facebook pictures!
I think all three of mine are fairly "typey"...if you know what a longhaired whippet is it's pretty easy to tell that's what they are. I think Cricket has more of the "classic" longhaired whippet look, she's on the smaller and lighter-boned side:
She looks a little less sighthoundy nowadays because of her silly short club tail, lol, but it's still pretty clear that's what she is. Her underline is not great and she's pretty narrow in the rear, but other than that she's a very nice dog.
Newton is also pretty typey, though definitely more masculine:
Journey is probably the least typey out of all of them, which is ironic because in some ways she has the best structure - she's fast as hell, extremely agile, and has a very nice gait. She is on the tall side for a female though at right around 21", and is a little longer in body than a lot of LHWs. Her half-prick ears, while very cute, are definitely not typical or correct.
Their personalities are pretty standard for the breed too, although Newton in particular is quite a bit more active and intense (and louder) than most dogs of his breed - we joke that he's a border collie in a sighthound body sometimes.
