iPhone questions?

I am really not the greatest with this stuff. Thus why I have an iPhone.

Had a 4s. Just got a 5s(is that what this is lol. Not the color) and it imported like 70 pics out of a lot more and none of my bookmarks. As far as I can see everything is set up right in the settings. Help!!

Is there anyway to get my stuff off the old phone. Have pics and videos of my Byron on there and thought it would just all transfer. It's just random pics that came over.

And iTunes doesn't always work either. So kinda frustrated!!

And to late for a different type of phone! Stuck with this two years. Though mad cuz only didn't want to loose what I had!

Well, if you use iCloud backup, it should come over automatically as soon as you enable the icloud stuff on the new phone. I believe there are procedures on apple's support site for switching phones.

I broke my 4s and when they swapped it out, I just backed it up using iTunes, then restored my backup on the new one.
