Do you have someone who can help you? You can play the Come Game with just using her name.
The come game requires two (or more) people. Everyone has treats. Because you are doing this to teach her her name, you will leave out the come command. One person calls the dog by name, she comes to them, she gets a treat and some loving. The next person calls her, treat/love, then on to the next. She will soon learn to associate the word Whisper to herself, and to something good.
Dogs don't come to us knowing their names. We have to teach them that the word we have chosen means them. The modification of the come game helps, or if you don't have help, what you can do is put her on leash to keep her close to you, say her name (a few times if necessary) and when she looks at you, treat her and love her up.
In further training, some people teach a "watch me" command. I don't like to use a separate command, I use their name. Saying a dog's name should get that dog to look at you - sort of makes the watch me command redundant.
Be patient, and don't be too hard on yourself. She's only a baby, and things will come, with time. The first 4 or 5 weeks in their new home is often the hardest. You have to get used to the baby, the baby has to get used to you. You'll be fine. Take a deep breath and go play with your puppy
