Well, I'm glad it's over :) I only saw 8 pregnant women, including one very young girl who sob quietly for about half an hour that I was in the waiting room & was still sobbing when I left. Her pregnancy was confirmed at the office & she was obviously worried/distraughted/unhappy about it.. It really broke my heart & I had to try hard to hold back my tears..

Anyway, the doctor suggested that I take Clomids to help with the ovulation. Have anyone here have any experience with Clomids? Any successful stories that you can share?

Other than that, please wish us luck & send all the baby dusts that you can gather our way. - Thanks!

I haven't taken it but I have heard of many positive outcomes from it. Do you happen to be on any pregnancy forums? The one I visit has a Clomid board.

Have you tried an ovulation predictor like the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor? I was supposed to be part of a study about getting pregnant after a miscarriage but I got pregnant again before it started, but they already had given me the monitor and did not want it back. They are over 100 dollars and I would gladly send it to you if you felt it would be any help.

It is this

I have known three people that took Clomid and they all got pregnant. Two of them ended up having quads and the other one just had a single birth. They were all pregnant within a matter of months (3-6).

I know the feeling of wanting a baby and not being able to have it. I'll be praying that God blesses you with a miracle soon! :)

M&M,

You are just about one of the NICEST people on this forum. I always look forward to seeing your posts in threads because you are so positive and kind.

You WILL make a wonderful mother. Heck, if I was born again I would consider myself very lucky to be your daughter :)

Many good wishes sent your way and best of luck. Hope it happens soon!

I got pregnant using Clomid on the second round. It is has some pretty crappy side effects, but it is all worth it when you get those two pretty lines!

I know how you feel. I tried for more than 15 years after I had arielle... but never did get pregnant again. I never went to the doctors to have things checked out (not a big suprise I'm sure..lol) I finally gave up and now I've had my hysterectomy so it's a done deal, no more kids for me.

It was hard to put on that smile when a friend or family member shared the joyful news of their new pregnancy. I wanted to be happy for them, but I was so jealous at the same time. It's definately a hard thing to deal with.

With that being said... you know God has a plan for you. And for whatever reason... now is not the time. I know you have faith in knowing that when God wants you to conceive, you will. It's hard to be patient and wait for things on someone elses time table. But remember how parents always say "good things come to those who wait"

I will continue to keep you in my prayers. I look forward to seeing the day when you are able to make the anouncement on here that you are expecting! I hope your appointment wasn't too difficult to endure. ((((((hugs)))))))

Have you ever charted your temp to see if you ovulate? I think trying a fertility monitor would be great. And if you are having trouble with ovulation, I think clomid is a great start. I have been a member of a few TTC(trying to concieve) forums and it has helped a lot of people.

I really hope the clomid will help and that it won't be long before you are looking at those 2 little pink lines!
