I have a puppy ( 14 wks old ) and four cats ( also thier latest litter of kittens), I have also had a cockatiel for the last 7 years, and because of my next door neighbour I have had to re home him - it has broken my heart - I have already putn a note through my neighbours door, very politely saying that she is the reason I have lost a dear friend, but that does not take away the hurt. I am not even a bird fan, but Magnus chose me and we have been together soo long - I didn't realise how bad this would be. I'm so destrote I can't stop crying and I am so angry I almost (but not quite) feel like breaking my neighbours window. Any advice?

Awww.. thats so sad... We have had 4 cockatiels. They are excellent birds!
Are first one when we got it from the pet store was sick. We didn't know it was. Me and my sister got so atcached to her. She'd cuttle in are hair! Talked to us (chirp). She past away
It was SOO Hard. Then our two cockatiels we could no longer keep because are allergies were very bad. Becasue there was feathers and there white stuff from there feathers going out into the room. It was so hard. Especially know what happend to them after we got rid of them. Our 4th we kept because, I friend had to move. We couldn't keep her because of allergies. We realized because of our allergies to birds we have to have small birds (parakeets).
I AM SO SORRY! Why did your neighbor make you get rid of your bird?
You are much more patient than me! I would've been telling her "Get a life" somewhere else!
