I love all the photos in this thread!

We have a cat that has a serious obsession with our dog Harley! He is constantly trying to play and cuddle, but Harley has little interest. However, sometimes an old dog is too tired to get up and move and things like this happen...

They are adorable together. Their relationship is so funny to me that I ended up writing a post about it if anyone would like to see more photos: Unlikely Friends

Shambles, Jonas, Smalls are perfect with cats. Shambles is a pal to every single foster cat we bring in. He just doesn't care about them in the slightest. My dad's cats HATE him and he pays them no mind.

Jack and Magpie are fine with cats, however, they are uninterested in interacting with them. They do not go to hurt them, but both will protest if a cat tries to interact with them. Jack would hurt or kill an outside can, I believe. When my boyfriend's parents were alive and we've visit we'd have to be very careful about letting him out into their yard because of the mass amount of strays they collected and fed. Jack chased one down and caught him, but dropped him immediately without injury when I yelled.

Elsa would kill a cat given the chance. We've tried, it's just not going to happen.

Charlotte is really good with cats. She helped raise our one cat (who now lives with my mom) from the time he was a kitten.

Ma'ii is okay with them, but will chase if they run. I highly doubt he'd ever hurt one though.

All of mine are great with cats. One reason I always get puppies and not adults is so I can socialize them with cats when they're young. My cats are pretty.. dumb, to be honest. They won't really correct them if the dogs come up to them and start messing (whereas most cats would give them a swat on the face) with them.

But, this gives you a general idea of the dynamic here:

Paris met her first cat yesterday (my friend's cat)! She went up to the cat, kind of sniffed it, and walked away disinterested. I was so pleased!

Seamus chases cats, even back when we had them. He gets really hyped up when he sees them outside.
