Grammy and I are leaving Chaz!

For a week from February 25 - March 4! We've just booked a trip to a little island off the coast of Belize called Ambergris Caye. SO little, and NO SHOES ALLOWED. Lol... we've been there before and loved it so much we're going back. To our little grass thatched roof hut on the beach. Here are some pics!

We went snorkelling one day and they took us out to a tiny deserted island for a cookout. Here's HOT GRAMMY on that island.

And of course we befriended the stray island dogs. Here's such a sweety, I loved her so... We called her Girly Girl...

Thanks, everyone! We'll share all with you when we're back from this latest adventure! We find these trips through a local travel club here. Packaged deals (flight/accommodations/transfers/gratuities all included in one package price). They fly you there (direct, a lot of times) and take care of all the bookings and luggage transfers, etc. We've never had a bad experience and this will be our 6th trip with them. Last time we took a couple of excursions. One being a snorkelling trip to the best coral reef in the region. And got to swim with sharks (nice ones ;-) and manta rays and got to hold the rays! The colorful fish are absolutely beautiful! And we took a trip to the mainland and hiked through a jungle full of monkies and parrots! Saw lots of Mayan ruins. It was awesome. This time we're planning on doing a caving trip. Where you float through caves on a tube. And of course, we'll do more snorkelling!
