I come in today with a heavy heart!!! I lost my beautiful Rufus yesterday. It was totally unexpected. He went out to his favorite spot in the yard and went to sleep. He was 1 week shy of being 9 yrs old. Hubby buried him under the big oak in the back yard. He loved that tree, chased many a squirrel up there.
I am so shocked, There was so much I wanted to tell him! How much I loved him and who to look for at the rainbow bridge. Where to wait for me cuz I'll be there someday and I'll bring the Tennis balls!!! Why? I just don't understand. The whole house feels the loss. It feels so empty here. I wanna throw-up!!
Go boy!! Play your heart out!! Swim in those ponds you find, run through those woods,(you can't get lost now). Momma and Daddy love you and want you to know we will find you again someday. Always remember our song I made up!! You are my boogey man
