Because thats what we decided to buy  I'm sure it's not any more uncomfortable than the prong collors that so many people decide to use

Thanks everyone for the kind comments :D

Prong colars are used for training. Your harness is used for "looks". And the prong color is not warn for long periods of time. I wasnt trying to be rude, I was just curious. I see so many pit bulls and staffies with huge, rediculous lookng colars and harnesses.

Thats a bold assumption considering you know nothing about me or my dog  He was choking himself on a collar, and was sick a number of times so we decided to get a harness. We are in the UK and prong collars are not used here as they are considered barbaric. He only wears the harness outside and never indoors. Pitbulls are also banned here, so we dont have them looking rediculous in harneses here either:rolleyes: Quite honestly i dont really know why you bothred to reply considering you obviously had a problem with the harness he was wearing. This was the first set of pictures i posted on this site and this will be my last post here too

Thankyou

Once again... I wasnt trying to be rude. I was just curious. I dont have a problem with the harness at all. It just doesnt look very comfortable. I am glad that you dont have it on him all the time. I am sure that he will grow into it also. If he is choking himself on a colar, then its a good thing that he has a harness. I dont know about the UK, but here in the US alot of bully owners tend to put extremely large chains, colars, and harnesses on their dogs. They say that it strengthens their neck muscles. Your staffy is very handsom by the way.

Please dont leave because of that!!! Everyone here is so helpful....I'll bet there isn't a doggie problem on Earth that one of these guys (or girls ;) ) can't find a solution for. Give it a second chance...

Yes please don't leave because of that. I'm sure it wasn't meant to be rude, just a personal observation. No one insulted you or your dog.

Stay and join the wonderful family here. And post up some more pics please :) We never can get enough of our furbaby pics, and we all love seeing peoples pet pics, and feel honored to be able to enjoy them as much as their owners do :)

Floyd is so handsome in his harness. It's looks so regal on him. I have harnesses for my dogs also. I hope you will reconsider posting.

Pitbulls are banned in UK? What officially is a Pit Bull there? I have been to England and seen people walking English Staffordshire Bull Terriers which I know is smaller than the Amstaff or APBT. Ireland (not UK I know) has an Irish Staffordshire Terrier that is real similar to Amstaffs...are they banned in the UK?
