Yesterday I took Duke to the leash free. We where there for about 10 minutes when all of a sudden he had no interest in the tennis ball and he seemed to be walkin funny. 5 minutes later we leave becuase someone else wanted to use the area we where in. I put Duke in the car and he layed down right away and stayed this way the 15 min drive him. This is very unlike him. That little time at the park does not wear him out. He seems to be walking okay and going up and down stairs last night and this morning with no hesitations but he's a lot more calmer than usual. He didn't even try to jump in to bed with me last night or this morning. Which he always tries to do when my bf is gone for the weekend. This morning I took Duke out and he was still calm but moving fine. When I took Hamish out and came back in Duke was laying upstairs in his crate which is not like him at all. He always waits at the bottom of the stairs when I'm out with Hamish. Something seems really off with him but I don't know what. He never made a sound at the park that he hurt himself and he isn't favoring a leg or limping. Im off work in a few hours so when I get home I'm gonna see how he's acting. I just really hope he didn't do any serious damages and I just don't know. His leg muscles in his left leg felt alittle funny to me. When I go home I'm gonna take him to my parents and if he acts calm there I know somethings wrong. So fingers crossed for Duke and if anyone has any ideas of what could be wrong I'm all for listening. If he's still not right on monday we will be going to the vet.
