Doggies at the lake *pics*

We were at our cabin this weekend, and this year 4 dogs were there! Usually Molly is the only one lol. It was just a wee bit cramped with 14 people and 4 dogs!

Anyway, just some pics I took of them on Saturday, surprisingly I never really used the camera much this weekend even though I usually take pics of *everything* lol.

All the dogs had fun, until last night when we did fireworks. Molly is the only one who has heard fireworks before, so she wasn't bothered at all. Lucy and Darby went nuts barking at them, and Mesa would absolutely freak out: even the slightest bang sent her running for her kennel, and she wouldn't come out for hours. At one point, the poor dog wouldn't even go outside anymore.

Dogs near fire works isn't a good idea. Next time I suggest the dogs are not forced to be around them.

Dogs near fire works isn't a good idea. Next time I suggest the dogs are not forced to be around them.

They weren't. But we didn't know when other people were going to light off fireworks, so when we heard one we brought them inside. When we lit off our fireworks, the dogs were inside, in their kennels.

Dont worry about it. My dogs are always out with me. I just tell them to lay down or back up.
