...more than a dog owner? Today I had to go physically remove grass from my dog's butt while he was in mid poop because it was stuck :rofl1:

I felt like a mother, even though we don't yet have kids, could it really be any worse than that?

Teagan is our baby, actually.

We call her our little girl all the time and I always tell her to "go to your daddy' and vise versa. Its rather pathetic.

I have not pulled grass outta a butt yet, I have whipped her butt when poop stuck to her hair. I have some glands to express tonight. Does that count? Not looking forward to that.

Definitely felt like a mom cleaning diarrhea out of Quinn's crate at 5am the other night, ugh. I usually have a strong stomach but everything definitely smells worse when you're half-asleep at 5am.

We also do the 'daddy' and 'mommy' terms to each other.

After having a child I can honestly say yes. The duties of motherhood are much the same as dog owning. Clean their poo, cuddle them, entertain them, get barfed on... yet it's the best experience ever.
