Do you currently own your heart breed, or are you still looking?

Dobermans, hands down. To me, they are perfect - I can't imagine life without one.

There's something SO special about this breed... I really can't put into words how wonderful they are.

I feel the exact same way about Border Collies. And it's not just my Border Collie, it's when I'm around most any Border Collie.

I love tons of dogs for the dogs they are but I love the Border Collie breed for what they are. There are tons of breeds I am not overly fond of, yet I could enjoy the company of a dog that was of that breed.


Is that making any sense? Probably not. Im over tired right now.

I love schipperkes and when I was young (lol sounds weird) I knew that in life all i wanted was a shipperke, I just love everything about them I had books and pictures and done studies on them I was set on buying one. But I wouldnt trade any of my dogs for a schipperke

Each breed has its own quirks/characteristics as Juicy says. But every dog is the product of its up bringing.

Nutmeg is a beagle and I just love her beagleness, But when she passes I dont think I could even find a beagle like her again.

I love Borders to! I love Red borders! They are so amazingly smart.
