...which of course I ruined by being weepy all day, because all I could do was think "what am I ever going to do without this dog!?" I love Daisy so much it's disturbing. Oh well!
We started off the morning with a bath (at like 6:30) on the driveway and then made our way into Riverside for outreach with our church - Daisy had a great morning playing with the kids and barely accepting some attention from older men (ZOMG SCARY!). She mostly just sat at my side while I handed out water bottles, no leash so if she wanted to retreat she could. She did really well, except for about 20 seconds where she went 15 feet or so away to check out the party being set up - they may have had food! No one seemed to mind, and she seemed to think she was pretty amusing.
From there we hopped into the car and went on to Huntington Beach dog park where we were too late for Brunch with Bassets, so we hung out with the Beagle Freedom Project and wandered around the lake. And took photos:
Biased, but I think she's sooo pretty for the breed:
Love her little butt muscles...
